Trey Wills, Principal

Trey has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years with an extensive background in all aspects of real estate. He is responsible for all entitlement, development and construction activities of Wills Companies and its affiliated ventures. During his career, Trey has successfully obtained approvals for numerous residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. He is a Board Member at First Virginia Community Bank. An avid outdoors man, he served as a member of the Maryland Waterfowl Commission. Trey and his brother Tim were born and raised in the Washington, DC area.

Tim Wills, Principal

Tim has more than two decades of experience in real estate development. His broad spectrum of specialties includes prospecting and analyzing prospective real estate investment opportunities, negotiating sales and settlement agreements and structuring partnership agreements. Tim is responsible for financing activities for the Wills Companies portfolio as well as other joint venture partnerships.
